ASSESSMENT & ADMISSION

The admission team require a referral letter which should include current medical and medication history, the results of any tests and scans and give details of any rehabilitation that has already taken place. This can be from a patient's GP or hospital consultant.

The referral letter is considered by a specialist Consultant and other members of the multi-disciplinary team for an initial opinion recommending an assessment or rehabilitation programme, if appropriate.

We then provide an estimate of the costs of the recommended programme/assessment.
