REHABILITATION REVIEW PACKAGES

This month we are pleased to be launching two new Rehabilitation Review Packages to add to our comprehensive range of rehabilitation services. These are designed by our inter-disciplinary team to help clients who have been discharged from their initial rehabilitation programme who may have some experience dealing with the limitations imposed by their changed condition, but whose condition needs a regular review. Each package aims to address important aspects of their care, rehabilitation, and ongoing well being in a convenient and easily accessed outpatient visit or short inpatient stay. The packages also aim where appropriate to update clients on new therapies and treatments.

Rehabilitation Review Packages are available for people with spinal injurues, head injuries, strokes and neurological conditions. As each patient presents, packages and services can be further individualised to suit their specific requirements.
