Do I need a referral from my Doctor?
No. You are able to make an appointment to see the
physiotherapist as soon as possible. Physiotherapy, sports
injury and hydrotherapy services at The Royal
Buckinghamshire Hospital are available to everyone, and are
covered by all major insurance companies.
You may refer yourself for physiotherapy treatment, or
you can be referred by your GP or Consultant. We will liaise
with your Doctor and keep them informed of your treatment
and the results, should you wish.

will it cost?
You can pay for treatment privately, or through your
health insurance company if applicable. The charges for
