As you see in the video, the Tymo therapy plate is a versatile device. Able to offer insightful information on current posture and movement, along with therapeutic exercise which can help with both.
The retraining provided is there to improve motor, sensory, or cognitive issues and assist with posture, balance, or weight shift.
