Information for Patients About Complaints and Suggestions
The Royal Buckinghamshire Hospital operates a patient complaints procedure which complies with the Care Quality Commission and ISCAS standards. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal with all the complaints as quickly as possible. We will assist you with the complaint procedure, irrespective of race, age, disability or background.
Patients and individuals are asked that in the event of any complaint to email complaints@royalbucks.co.uk
