Before You Arrive

Almost all patients will have taken part in a pre admission assessment, at our centre, or at home. A written report is provided, giving a focus to your time with us.

Therapy recommendations will have been made and discussed, a related rehabilitation care pathway put in place for you.

Pathways are as individual as the people they help and you can expect to meet the team working with you at an early stage. Further assessment may then take place, goals and plans be honed.

A pleasant, private room will be ready for you, with an en-suite bathroom and any special facilities you require. If you wish, your family, or friends can be involved with helping you settle in.

Our team are there to offer you, or those with you support, for each day you are with us and from the moment you arrive.

Ongoing Support

When you arrive at reception, a rehab team member will come to take you to your room and help you settle in. They will answer any questions you have and explain the available facilities.

These include a television and phone in your room, along with the use of our guest WiFi. Should you have chosen not to bring them, towels, toiletries and nightwear are in place for you.

If you are due to have any meetings, assessment, or therapy sessions that day, or the next day, they will be discussed and confirmed.

Small details are taken care of along the way, from hot, or cold drinks, to delicious meals. The main focus will be on intensively working together, to help change the future.
