Once begun, the electrical stimulation is precisely timed with your body’s movement, allowing this to follow a normal pattern.
During high intensity, repeated activity, 300 muscle contractions can take place within 10 minutes. Depending on the type of session, 12 muscle groups are stimulated in your arm, or leg.
Core muscle groups in your trunk are involved. The stimulation promotes activity in the central nervous system, travelling through your spinal cord and brain, encouraging neuroplasticity and relearning.
